RISE AGAIN
Behind the Score
Rise Again came from the idea that every hero falls at some point. What defines them isn’t the victory, but the choice to get back up. This piece follows that emotional journey, from defeat and uncertainty to hope, determination, and finally, triumph.

Building the Theme

The entire composition was built around one melodic idea. Every variation throughout the piece comes from that original motif, allowing the music to evolve while keeping the same emotional identity.
A fundamental element of this piece is the ostinato, which gives the score its driving force and allows it to build naturally toward an epic climax.

For the ending, I wanted the music to feel undeniably triumphant. The harp introduces the first sense of hope, signaling the moment when everything begins to change. As the final bridge unfolds, the orchestra gradually gains strength until the main theme returns with renewed power. Rather than simply ending the story, the final progression was written to leave the listener with the feeling that the hero has risen stronger than ever.
Final Thoughts
Heroes aren't remembered because they never fall. They're remembered because they always choose to Rise Again.
